The whole point of colon cleansing is to get your body to expel the toxic materials that have accumulated in your digestive system over the years. Balance is also pivotal in colon health and weight loss. As mentioned, it is important to maintain a healthy diet, however, one should not go to an extreme. We must make allowances for variety and spontaneity. Additionally, adding some form of physical activity will assist in maintaining a well functioning colon.
