What Hemorrhoid Treatments Have You Tried?
Today, I wanted to alert you to something will afflict 40% of the adult population (or more) at some point of their lives. It’s called hemorrhoids or piles and it’s basically any form of vein inflammation around the lower rectal regions.
Do you have itching around your rectum? Blood on the toilet paper? Constipation along with pain? These are all key signs that you may have hemorrhoids which is not something to be taken lightly. Hemorrhoids are common and can be embarrassing and annoying.
Severe cases are where the hemorrhoids fall out like a lump outside your rectum. Do you know some common mistakes folks make that contribute to this condition? You may already be afflicted but if you avoid the following three mistakes you can start relieving the problem immediately.
Mistake #1: Eating too much processed food
This can be a toughie for some people. However, it’s known that processed foods create harder stool and troubles in digestion. This creates constipation and other issues which can lead to hemorrhoids. The key here, especially when you are suffering and trying to cure hemorrhoids, is to lower your intake of processed sugars and foods.
Mistake #2: Sedentary lifestyle
Long periods of sitting create pressure on the rectal area which promotes the perfect environment for hemorrhoids to occur. Especially when combined with forces such as pregnancy in women or constipation. Make sure you don’t sit for over an hour at a time interspersed by stretches that promote healthy blood flow.
Mistake #3: Intake of processed medication and creams
These have the same potential problems as those processed foods. Many of the supplements contain ingredients that have side effects of their own. And they don’t even attack the cause of the problem.
The other downside of these creams which do no benefit is that they waste one’s time and the hemorrhoid can get worse over time if the root problem is not reversed.
So try to avoid these 3 mistakes and you will not be contributing to any worsening of hemorrhoids. It’s very important to understand these in our modern lifestyle of sedentary office work and processed, convenient diets.
