In meals add more vegetables and starch items. Avoid having processed foods and dairy made foods.

You can just can’t lose belly fat without doing any kind of exercising. It’s important to work out at least 2-3 times a week for quick results. If you don’t have money for the gym, you can still train at home, because weights are really cheap nowadays, and there are lots of exercises, which can be easily performed in home environment.
